Do my customers need to download an app?+
No. Customers book in any browser, either from your public Bookerup page or directly on your own website if you embed the widget. They can optionally create an account to track loyalty and rebook faster, but it’s never required.
Can my staff log in without an email?+
Yes. Staff use a 4-digit PIN that you set up. Owners log in with email or Google. The kiosk mode locks the tablet to staff-only views.
What payment methods can I track?+
Whatever you use. Cash, card, bank transfer, Revolut, Stripe, Apple Pay, vouchers, you name it. Bookerup isn’t a payment processor itself. You take payment however you normally do and tag it in the app. Reports split totals by method so you always know where the money came from.
Can I migrate from my current system?+
Yes. We can help you import client lists and historical bookings. Email us at hello@onoirstudio.com and we’ll walk you through it.
What happens during the free trial?+
